Request for all the information held by the Commission in whatever form (written, digital, cartographic, oral) relating the Clashmore and Raffin Common Grazings. In particular I should like to have sight of any recent correspondence between the Commission and any representative of the committee or shareholders. Equally I would like to know what may have been said in conversation with any of your officers, and the above mentioned, and would also like to see copy of their notebooks, aides memoires or whatever method is now used to record such information.

However, in this instance an exemption under the EIRs applies, specifically Regulation 11 - Personal Data, to some of the information requested.
