The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 require public sector employers to publish information relating to facility time.  Public sector employers are in scope if they have at least one trade union representative and more than 49 FTE employees. With effect from 2020/21 the Crofting Commission has been in scope and facility time information is published within the Annual Report & Accounts.

The Crofting Commission disclosure for 2023/24 is a 'Nil' return.
