Informing Us of a Bereavement

We recognise that reporting the loss of a crofter is a sensitive matter. Our aim is to provide a straightforward process that respects your needs during this time.

To begin, please find a relevant croft in the Register of Crofts below which was associated with the individual who has passed away.

Once you have located the croft, you will be able to select the deceased's name from a list of people connected to that croft. We will then ask for the date of death, your contact information, and any details you might have about the executors or agents handling the estate.
