Crofting Commission Welcomes Scottish Land Match Service Crofting Resource
The Crofting Commission has today, Monday 7th August, welcomed the addition of crofting opportunities to the Scottish Land Matching Service.
A bespoke service for crofting has been developed in conjunction with the Crofting Commission Development Team to deliver a service which allows those interested in becoming involved in crofting or those who have a crofting opportunity to offer, to register their interest, free of charge with the Scottish Land Matching Service database.
It is hoped that this new service will enable crofters to engage more effectively with new entrants to crofting and will bring to the fore opportunities across the crofting counties that could have a positive impact on effective land use.
