Crofting Cenus must be returned

CROFTING COMMISSION REMINDS CROFTERS THAT THEY MUST RETURN THEIR ANNUAL NOTICE (CENSUS)
The Crofting Commission has today (Monday 13th of March 2023), reminded crofters that it is a legal requirement to complete the annual notice, also known as the annual crofting census, before the deadline of midnight on the 31st of March 2023.
The annual notice allows the Crofting Commission to accurately gauge and monitor the crofting sector throughout the country and helps to inform policy decision making at a national level. All tenant and owner-occupier crofters are legally obligated to respond and all have been sent a letter with a unique log in code and details for how to complete their return online.
