Request for all the correspondence between Upper Coll shareholders and the Crofting Commission relating to the accusation of financial irregularities against the Upper Coll Grazings Committee between August 2015 and May 2016.

The statement which you refer to in your request uses the phrase “financial irregularities”. This phrase was used generally to group together some of the allegations made by the two Upper Coll shareholders. The documentation we hold does not contain allegations from the shareholders specifically using this phrase and no information is held by the Crofting Commission from them using those words. As part of the section 47(8) investigations copies of the allegations made and responses from the shareholders have already been released.
