Appeals

You have the right to appeal a decision we make.

An appeal can be made to The Scottish Land Court by anyone with an interest in the case.

You must submit your appeal within 42 days of the public notification date.

Please note: If your appeal is unsuccessful, we will seek to recover the costs incurred in defending the appeal.
