The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 require public sector employers to publish information relating to facility time with the first reports to be published by 31 July 2018.  Public sector employers are in scope if they have at least one trade union representative and more than 49 FTE employees.

Crofting Commission staff are civil servants directly employed by the Scottish Government and seconded to the Crofting Commission.  Crofting Commission trade union representative(s) facility time is therefore contained within the Scottish Government disclosure which can be viewed through the following link

High Volumes of Applications

We currently have a 4 week backlog of applications/enquiries, this is due partly to the high volume of correspondence received and some temporary staffing issues. As a result there will be a delay in acknowledging receipt of your application/answering your enquiry. Be assured that you will hear from us in due course and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

If you have sent us an enquiry, have you checked our website or ROC Online to see if the answer is there?
