Consultations

The Crofting Commission has a responsibility to keep under general review all matters relating to crofts and crofting conditions.  To this end the Commission responds to consultations relevant to crofting and land use matters; these can include planning, environmental and housing issues.

High Volumes of Applications

We currently have a 4 week backlog of applications/enquiries, this is due partly to the high volume of correspondence received and some temporary staffing issues. As a result there will be a delay in acknowledging receipt of your application/answering your enquiry. Be assured that you will hear from us in due course and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

If you have sent us an enquiry, have you checked our website or ROC Online to see if the answer is there?
